Our steam diverter accessory is compatible with Instant Pot brand of pressure cookers. It exclusively fits IP Duo, Duo Plus, Smart, Ultra, and several other series from private parties. It is NOT compatible with Lux.
Extremely easy to use, our steam diverter gets installed in seconds without any tools. Simply put it on the valve BEFORE you start cooking, with the lid attached, and once your recipe is complete, rotate it to release steam.
Specifically designed to safely divert steam to the side instead of up into your cabinets, our steam diverter keeps your kitchen mess free and clean. It prevents moisture that may harm or cause molds on your wooden cabinets.
Clip the steam tube on the Instant Pot release valve to make sure it is flush with the cooker. Just place the steam diverter on the valve before cooking, and after cooking, rotate the accessory to release steam.
If the neck of the dragon is too small when using it, blanch it with hot water before using it. It can be used better.
