We were able to find a few WW2 Westinghouse Electric Service Employment Badges in the Government archives. This is an accurate replica. Each pin is made of metal and has been hand enameled with the accurate colors.

6-PACK BULK ROSIE THE RIVETER COLLAR PINS AND POSTER SIGNS. Great party pack for adults or children. In this 2-item 6-pack set you get: [1] 6 authentic re-creations of Rosie the Riveter's iconic employment badge. Each is hand enameled. We went to the government archives for our research. The result is our 1.25 inch collar pin. This pin is modeled on employment badges worn in the Westinghouse Electric Service company where the famous artist, J. Howard Miller worked and where he drew the iconic Rosie poster. The employee's photo was always in the center of the employment badge and so we took the image of Rosie, removed her lapel pin (after all, she wouldn't have had her badge on in the photo for her employment badge!), and put her image in the middle. This is as close to the original as we could get. [2] And speaking of the well-known Rosie poster, we created a 5 inch by 7 inch hand sign based on the original "We Can Do It!"poster. And to make it even more special, one side is just like the poster you know and the other side shows every detail except we removed Rosie. You can hold up the second side and strike your Rosie pose.
