Note: Your power supply should have an USB output above 5V 3.5A, otherwise the DC output will not reach 12V 1A (When the input is 5V2A, the output is 12V0.7A)

Q: Why this USB step-up cable can't work for my 12v device? Is it faulty?
A: NO, if there are something wrong, please check as follow:
1. Please make sure your device needs 12v to work before purchase instead of higher or lower.
2. Please make sure that the output of your USB port is at least 5V 2A, preferably above 5V3A (the output can reach 12V 1A at 5V3A), and there is enough power.

3. Please don't ignore the max working current is 1A. It means the input of your device should be 1A or under 1A.
4. Please test this cable with different device, in fact, it can always give you a big surprise.
5. If the step up cable really did something wrong, please contact us to return or exchange
