Tips: Please rinse thoroughly under running water and then soak the filter and sponge in the water for 5 minutes before use. Please note the following: 1. Soak the pet water fountain filter completely before turning it on. If this is not done, water may not pass through the filter and cause overflow. 2. Avoid soaking the filter in the fountain tank, instead, it should be soaked in a clean bowl.
Multiple Filtration, Healthier: Cat fountain filter system uses BPA-free resin cap, non-woven fabric, activated carbon filter and ion exchange resin, in addition to pre-filter sponges on the pump. This can effectively filter impurities, soften the water, reduce chlorine taste, pet hair, and extend the life of the pump.
Recommended replacement frequency: It is best if you can change the carbon filter and pre-filter sponges every 2-4 weeks. This will provide your pet with cleaner, fresher, oxygen-rich water. It is straightforward to install without any tools. Please consider replacing the filter and sponge more frequently if multiple pets use the fountain.
