Important Note: How to fill the citronella spray?
Firstly, turn off the collar. Set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly press the nozzle down into the refill port. Hold down firmly for 15 seconds and then release.
Using Tips:
1. Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose.
2. For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.
3. Our bark collar is suggested to use for dogs over 6 months and over 8lbs.
