Special Features

  • The whole package is equipped with 10 pulse sealer heating elements and 10 corresponding cloth tapes to meet your requirements and replacement.
  • The size of spare maintenance parts is about 210mm long and 3mm wide, and the size is appropriate. Please check the size carefully before purchasing.
  • The heating element is made of chromium alloy, with high resistance, good surface oxidation resistance, high temperature grade and long service life. PTFE tape is used between low temperature - 196 ¡æ and high temperature 300 ¡æ. It has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, high insulation, anti-static, high strength, etc.
  • Most machines can be installed with only a screwdriver. Try to replace the old components, which have better sealing bag function in daily use. When PTFE (fabric) warns, changes the color or the sealing effect is poor, replace the kit.
  • It is compatible with most 200 machines, such as F-200¡pfs-20, etc.

Description

Usage:
1. During the sealing process of the manual heating sealing machine, insert the AC power cord into the socket, adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the sealing material, place the plastic bag on the sealing surface, press the handle, the circuit automatically controls the heating time, the indicator light goes out, about 1.2 seconds, release the handle, and the sealing is completed.

2. If the seal is damaged due to too long heating time, please turn the button to shorten the heating time; The sealing is not firm, because the heating time is too short, please turn the button to extend the heating time. The plastic bag is stuck on the rubber pressing plate, indicating that the cooling time is not enough, and the time after the indicator light goes out.

After the heating time is adjusted, no adjustment is required under continuous use.

Warm tips:

1. Please keep the sealing surface clean to avoid oxidation caused by residues on the sealing surface and reduce the service life of the heating strip and high-temperature cloth;

2. Do not wipe the sealing surface with wet cloth;

3. If the gasket under the heater blade is damaged, it will cause short circuit and damage the heater blade. Before each replacement, check whether the gasket needs to be replaced. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
