How to recharge and cleanse Rose Quartz?
Most gemstones, especially the quartzes, only need a simple cleanse and recharge under running water. Ideally natural fresh water such as a stream, spring or waterfall but clean water from the tap or faucet would do.
If your Rose Quartz has been doing a lot of work you might want to give it a bit of a boost with a smoke smudge. Light some incense or, even better, dried sage leaves, and let the smoke drift over your Rose Quartz which will energize your gemstone. (Take the usual precautions when lighting objects).
A night out under a full moon is also a great way to recharge a Rose Quartz.
