Operation Steps:
Lay the base flat on a fixed platform
Align the rocker arm to the screw holes and tighten it clockwise
Grab the grabbing handle in left hand and open the air door (adjust the air door according to the direction of motion to control volume of the sound)
Turn the rocking handle clockwise with right hand till you hear the sound
