The word "Mandala" is Sanskrit for "circle". It also is a very tall mountain in Papau New Guinea. Both considerations make it a great name for our new beginner boomerang! The "Mandala" is inexpensive yet fairly large for a beginner boomerang. We recommend it for throwers aged 13-70. It's too large and heavy for younger kids but it is a very solid plastic boomerang for teens and adults. It looks pretty cool with the photo quality mountain art at the top and the two Kangaroos on the sides. A traditional shaped boomerang at a reasonable price.
