Sunex's pivot base adapter for long stroke bottle jacks is designed to convert Sunex long stroke jacks (models 5041B and 5081B) to pivot base models. Made of fabricated steel with electrostatic painting to prevent rust, it is easily installed on the long stroke jack models with the hardware provided.
