Revitalizant EX120 is designed for restoring, repairing, and providing antiwear protection for the cylinder-piston group of an engine without disassembly. It forms a ceramic-metal coating on parts' surfaces, restoring cylinder geometry, reducing the inside diameter, and eliminating ovality.
Application
Gasoline Engine:
Warm up the engine (warm, not hot).
Unscrew the cylinder plug.
Disconnect the central cable from the ignition timing sensor and commutator.
Introduce the contents of one tube into the cylinder.
Make 15–20 piston strokes (e.g., push starting, rotating the elevated traction wheel).
Screw in the plug and run the starter 3–4 times for 3–4 seconds with 15–20 second intervals.
Reconnect the central cable and commutator.
Start the engine and idle for 15 minutes.
Drive as usual.
Diesel Engine:
Follow the same steps as for a gasoline engine, introducing the product through the nozzle or glow plug hole.
For cylinders over 120 mm in diameter, double the dosage.
Dosage
1 tube per cylinder.
Introduce the gel onto the cylinder walls, not the piston. Use an injection syringe with an extension pipe, dissolving the tube contents in 5–10 ml of motor oil. Avoid hydraulic shock by keeping the total fluid amount under 20 ml.
