Notice Kindly:
-Sticking the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes when grating softer cheese before shredding.
-Don't press down too hard when grating, it will bend the blade while it's turning...please turn the mixer in speed 6/8 and push the food slowly.
-Suggest putting the parts in warm, sudsy water for minutes before washing.
-Dry them thoroughly after wash for keeping them in peak condition.
