Description

Cook up to 25 lbs of food per hour per tank in this heavy duty fryer. Each 6 liter tank has a faucet which allows for worry-free removal of oil. The tank insert is calibrated for ease of measuring. Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for durability. For comfortable and smooth removal, the basket is designed with an ergonomic and heat-resistant handle, while the heating coils in this unit are protected by an included wire grate. Heating coils are protected by a wire grate (included). Temperature control switch adjusts from 120° F -375° F. 208V/240V, 2700-3600W, 15 Amps.
