How to Use?
1. Grind 30 grams of coffee (3 tbsp) to a coarseness resembling sea salt. we recommend 23 grams coffee for every 350 grams water.
2. Place the brewer on a carafe or mug. No filter paper required.
3. Add the ground coffee to the dripper and gently tap it to level the surface of the grounds.
4. Pour water in a steady spiral toward the outer edge and then back toward the centerslowly in a circular motion, keeping the water level consistent.
5. Wait for the water to brew.
6. Remove the filter from the cup or pot.
7. Dump the grounds, scrub the filter, & serve from the cup.
