Friendly Reminder: 1. After CarPlay (CP)/Android Auto (AA) is connected, if NEO-AIBOX or the phone is connected to the car's WiFi or mobile hotspot, the CP/AA WiFi channel will be occupied and CP/AA will be disconnected. 2. Android 12 system and CP/AA system are either-or relationships and cannot exist at the same time. If you use CP/AA, you cannot watch videos, and if you watch videos, you cannot use CP/AA.
