Special Features

  • CABLE TYPE: RG-8x Black is an upgrade to RG-58. It is commonly called RG-8 mini. This cable has a stranded copper center conductor, a foam polyethylene dielectric, 95% copper braid shielding and a PVC jacket.
  • CONNECTOR TYPE: This cable is made with high quality crimp PL-259 connectors. They are Nickel-plated brass and have the center conductor soldered to ensure an excellent signal.
  • COMMON USE: These connectors are commonly used for CB, HAM, UHF, VHF and some scanners. Great as a jumer to an antenna tuner, switch, meter or main antenna.
  • ULTRA LOW LOSS: This low loss transmission line can be used in almost any application where handling characteristics and when improved shield and low loss is required.
