Born For Repetitive Thin Ripping: This table saw thin rip guide is born for making repetitive thin strip ripping safer and simpler than before. Once locked in the mitre track, the one-way rolling bearing butts the stock firmly against the table saw fence for smooth feeding with no kickback, burning or binding. You can cut thin strips at same thickness as many times as you want with it.
Two-Stage Lock Down Mechanism: We adopt one adjustable handle to lock slider and ripping guide. If only tightening slider, slightly tighten the handle. For locking on track, you need to continue to tighten the handle hard to push the built-in expansion screw outwards, which expands miter clamp to make it stuck in miter track.
Zero Calibration Scale Pointer: Featuring both imperial and metric scales at the slider, you can easily set the thin strip thickness by adjusting the scale pointer and the slider. After thin rip jig calibration, adjust the scale pointer to the nearest full scale as initial scale. Then pull the thin rip jig away from the blade and adjust the slider to set the desired dimension. With imperial scale at 1/16in increments, the thinnest strip thickness you can reach is 1/16in.
Wide Compatibility: Can be applied to table saw, band saw, and routers with track to blade distance between 2in and 8.2in. Equipped with 2 various sized miter clamps, this thin rip jig guide perfectly fits 3/8in x 3/4in T slot and U shape slot and 1/4in x 3/8in T slot. NOT FOR 5/8in MITER SLOT.
