No Charging Function:
⚫ The adapter is specifically designed for upgrading tool power output and does not support charging Craftsman batteries.

Installation & Usage:
⚫ To maximize adapter performance, ensure that your extension battery has a sufficient charge. Some new batteries have a robust spring release/lock button, which may require extra force when attaching the adapter to the V20 battery. You can try pressing the black latch button on the V20 battery while sliding the adapter into position, then release the button to complete the installation.
