This full featured coping sled has a aluminum base that slides across your router table surface effortlessly. The unit also includes two large and sturdy handles for guiding the sled through the cutter.
  • USAGE: When building cope and stick door and drawer fronts, one of the tasks that must be done is to cut the end grains of your rails, the rail guide coping sled solves this problem, helps you make precise, square, clean cuts for rail and style doors, drawer fronts and most type of end grain cut on your router table.
  • PRACTICAL: Fix your rail firmly at a 90 degree angle with your router table fence, you can cut your stock into the cleanest and most square shape through the cutter. When narrow rails are often used on the front of the drawer, this sled can prevent your inventory from being immersed or pushed too far, and can also keep your hands away from injury.
  • STABLE: Add a separate sacrifice block in the sled to allowing you to start using your first profile. Sacrificial block is easily replaceable to accommodate different profiles. The abrasive belt can prevent your stock from sliding or drifting in response. This, coupled with the heavy press switch, can keep your stock firmly in place.
  • REFERENCE: Transparent guide runs along the fence 51mm (2) above the table, to enable compatibility with most router table fences and prevent cutting into the sled. Using a fence instead of a miter bar installed at the bottom means that you will always be parallel to the router table fence. This is a significant time saving advantage, as you will no longer need to constantly readjust the router table fence.

The Rail Guide Coping Sled is an indispensable tool for making precise, square, clean cuts for door and drawer fronts and and most any other type of end grain cut on your router table.
