Model 40-605 blades are ideal for intricate and detailed work, with 27 teeth per inch and 0.10-inch thickness. The 40-616 blades are good for cutting thicker materials up to two inches thick, with 9.5 teeth per inch and 0.024-inch thickness. In between is the 40-608 blades that have 11.5 teeth per inch and are 0.016 inches thick.
