FEITIAN ePass K39 is a USB-C security key. It is now also FIDO2 and FIDO U2F supported. Unlike the traditional second factor authenticators, USB security keys provide a much more convenient and safer solution to replace and/or be an addition to traditional passwords. Each USB security key is able to store multiple residential credentials, up to 26 maximum, and unlimited accounts. It provides a secure, phishing-resistant authentication scheme to web applications. Unlike the traditional second-factor authentication devices, FIDO Security Keys provides a much more convenient solution to add another security layer on traditional password authentication scheme. The public key infrastructure behind FIDO provides strong cryptographic protection against attacks. Each application will be assigned an individual key pair to preserve user's privacy. The embedded high-performance NXP security element also helps to provide random and strong key pairs generated for FIDO authentication and protect user's private information against different kinds of security threats.
The FEITIAN ePass K39 security key is very easy to register and use with your favorite web-applications, web-services and programs. Just register the security key with your account inside the account settings, and press the security key button when prompted during the account log-in process.
