How to use the knobs:
To replace the knobs, make sure that the "OFF" position of the knob is centered at the top. Slide the old knob off the stem directly, then slide the replacement knob back to the stem.
NOTE: Don't bend the knob up or down, and don't hang towels or other objects on the knob, because this will damage the gas valve shaft. The same method can also be used to clean the knob.
