Artemisia scoparia is a Eurasian species in the genus Artemisia, in the sunflower family. It is widespread across much of Eurasia from France to Japan, including China, India, Russia, Germany, Poland, central and southwest Asia, etc. It is a biennial growing to 0.6 m (2ft). The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by insects.
