A gurney flap is a small lip placed at the trailing edge of a wing, used to dramatically sharpen the exit angle of the airflow, thereby creating more downforce without the downside of drag that a car would have from a steeper wing angle.
Most spoilers on the market requires you to drill holes into your trunk. One little mistake will ruin your vehicle, not to mention it is very time consuming. Our spoilers are designed for easy installation, quick Sunday morning project. The spoiler is attached using automotive grade double sided adhesive tape. To ensure the spoiler stays attached, we recommend the surface of the trunk is cleaned throroughly as it will help the spoiler to remain in place securely. After the spoiler has been installed, please refrain from washing your car for at least 3 days. This will help the adhesive tape to set in and cure.
