Special Features

  • Applicable for: 0F97190SRV Voltage Regulator replacement fit for Generac generators; replaces and interchanges with 81918, 83049, 083049 0830490SRV, 83049GS, SRV83049, F9719, 0F9719, 0F97190SRV models.
  • Compatible Models: 0F9719, 083049 and 083048 are virtually the same, except the 083048 has no cooling fins on the back of the regulator. These regulators can be interchanged, but the 083049 and 0F9719 are thicker due to the cooling fins and will require longer bolts to replace an 083048.
  • Solve Problem: If the output voltage of your generator is too high, there may be a problem with the rectifier and it needs to be replaced in time. It can adjust the voltage output of the generator to ensure a stable and continuous power supply, thereby providing a safer and more efficient travel experience.
  • High-Quality: Made of high-quality materials and processed with multiple precision processes, it is durable and has stable performance. 0F97190SRV voltage regulator has a metal potentiometer and is no longer prone to failing into a high voltage fault.
  • IMPORTANT: After installing the new voltage regulator, you must determine if the frequency is correct. Set "mechanical governors" to 62Hz at no load. "Electronic governors" set to 60Hz at no load. After you determine the hertz are correct, measure the AC output. The voltage should be 124VAC at 62Hz with no load or 120VAC at 60Hz with no load. If the voltage is either high or low, adjust the brass screw on the blue trim potentiometer next to the red LED light to the correct voltage accordingly.
