Special Features

  • Design: This carburetor adopts two-piece all aluminum structure, with lower working temperature and less warpage. Can works with manual or electric choke carb.
  • Compatibility: Matching with various intake manifolds, include Performer EPS, Performer RPM, RPM Air Gap, Torker ? and other similar designs.
  • Function: For small and some large engines to get good street performance and fuel economy. It is not affected by engine flashback that means there is no power valve to blow out, and the rod can be replaced in a few seconds without removing the carburetor.
  • Package Include: 1 X 1406 performer carburetor, 1 X square-bore base gasket, 1 X horn gasket, 1 X air cleaner stud, 2 X fuel filters, 4 X clamps, 1 X fuel line, 1 X Red choke positive wire (Electric choke carburetors only), 1 X Black choke ground wire (Electric choke carburetors only) and other accessory.
  • Note: This performer series carburetors are not suitable for computer control applications. Includes general motors' vehicles equipped with Q-Jet carburetor in 1981 and later, and some Ford vehicles equipped with automatic overdrive (AOD) transmission in 1981 and later.

Description

Work with Manual or Electric Choke Carb. Compatible with Performer EPS, Performer RPM, RPM Air Gap, Torker Ⅱ and other similar designs. The manifold is not equipped with EGR and no exhaust heating throttle is provided. Not suitable under stock Corvette hood.
