2.The light must be applied to bare skin free of sunscreens, oils, creams, or lotions that could block the light from absorbing into the skin.
3.It is recommended that red light therapy be held 6 to 12 inches from the skin. The closer you are, the more intense the light but this will also decrease the treatment area.
4.To see significant benefits, You may require a substantial time commitment. Use our equipment 2 to 7 times per week for 10 to 30 minutes each time. Maintenance treatments are performed monthly or every few months.
5. To avoid risks to vision caused by light intensity, Users should not be staring directly at the light diodes for the full duration of their treatment on a daily basis.
