Each of these write-once double-layer DVD+R discs from Verbatim holds up to 8.5 GB of information--nearly twice the storage capacity of traditional DVD+R media--letting users record up to four hours of DVD-quality television and video or up to 16 hours of VHS-quality footage. The extra-large capacity makes these discs a perfect medium for recording home movies and other video-intensive activities. The 2.4x discs offer two AZO recording layers on a single-sided disc and are compatible with all double-layer DVD+R drives.
