Feeding the strapping around the package
The strapping is fed around the package in the direction as shown in the illustration. The strapping end is held tightly with the left hand pulled firmly towards the operator with the right hand.
Loading the strapping
The rocker is raised with the right hand. The left hand inserts the two straps lying precisely upon another into the tool until they hit strap stops. The lower strap end must slightly protrude the end ofthe base plate. Be certain that the strapping is held by the strap guide.
This A333 metal banding tool is designed with the double power structure and anti-skid roller, offering large tightening force, from 700 to 850 N/mm²(100,000-123,000psi).
Three handle levers, one for tightening, one for pressing and cutting, and one for releasing the steel straps. Average Seal Strength: Approx. 80%.
The strapping tool easily finishes the wrapping and strapping, used for strap flat packages (i.e., pallets, bales, crates, cases, stone, wood, steel, aluminum bars, and other various packages).
A333 Strapping Tool suitable for flat packing. Such as cartons, pallets, and other similar forms of packaging. The utility model is characterized in that the average tensile strength of the buckle-free connection is about 80% of the tensile strength of the steel strip, which is very reliable, and can save about 10% of the overall packaging costs. The utility model relates to a general-purpose steel belt packing tool applied in almost all fields, which is reliable in use, strong in design, easy to operate and relatively portable, and is now widely used.
