TETON-PART(TM), is a mineral-based non-silica foundry parting compound. Formulated and tested for the small foundry that uses a variety of metals and manual mold processing techniques. Extremely Fine-Grained texture allows for high detail capture from patterns and effortless application. This product is especially effective at allowing foundry patterns to release easily from even the most difficult sands. Similarly, it also is able to form parting lines sand molds made from very hard-to-work sands such as high-oil content Petrobond. This product is 100% mineral based and does not contain cheap fillers such as talc, flour, silica dust, etc.
