Lockout Tags
Your "Do Not Operate" red, white and black high visibility tags clearly indicate that danger is present. They assist in helping to prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair. There is a large area of white space, on a matte surface, that allows for notations. The matte surface makes it easier to write on and view as there is no glare. These notations can be written with a pen, pencil, grease marker, or a regular or permanent marker and can be clearly read by staff.

These tags will help to warn your team of possible dangers in the workplace. They will quickly let people such as: inspectors, work personnel, visitors, and other staff know of any energy hazard that is present, when the area was locked out, who made the decision for the lockout, expected completion and any other information that needs to be shared.
Durable Materials
Your reusable waterproof tags can be used both indoors and outdoors and in hot, cold, and wet environments. They have a tough PVC coating which allows the tags to maintain durability as they are composed of heavy duty non-tearable weather resistant vinyl and a brass grommet.
Zip-Ties
These heavy-duty zip-ties can be used independently, with a hasp lock, padlock or other fasteners. All you need to do is fill out your lockout tag and then attach it with the provided ties. You can store the zip-ties and extra lockout tags in the zippered poly storage bag.
Dimensions
Each of your pack of 30 tags have dimensions of 3" x 5.75" x 0.02" inches. They have a 0.5" inch diameter hole for fastening and a reinforced brass grommet for durability. A single tag weighs 6 grams and a single tag and zip-tie is 8.5 grams.
