【WAFFLES RECIPEWAFFLES RECIPE】
Traditional Waffles：0.33Ib flour or waffle flour; 0.22lb eggs; 0.022Ib oil
(peanut oil, vegetable oil); 0.022lb baking powder; Some sugars, 0.11Ib milk.

【COOKING STEPS 】
1> Using hand mixer to stir the eggs evenly about 3 minutes;
2> Put into white sugar, stir evenly about 5 minutes;
3> Add into waffle flour, baking powder and cooking oil then mix evenly by hand;
4> Leave the batter to swell for half an hour before baking (Fermen-tation).

【CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE】
1> Important：Unplug and allow it to cool before cleaning. Never immerse the machine in water or any other liquid.

2> Wipe lid, base, and cooking plates with a damp cloth and anon-abrasive soap or dishwasher detergent.
Wipe with a clean,soft,damp cloth and towel dry.

3> Storage：Store cleaned machine in a clean, dry place.
Important：Never store while it is still hot or still plugged in.

4> Important：Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance.
Do not put any stress on the cord where it enters the unit, as this could cause it to fray and break.

--------------------------【FIRST USING YOUR WAFFLE MAKER】--------------------------
1> Plug the attached power cable into a 120V AC electrical outlet to preheat.
The【REDPOWER LIGHT】and【GREEN READY LIGHT】indicators will illuminate.

2> While preheating, prepare food. When the 【GREEN READY LIGHT】 OFF,
(about 5~10 minutes the Waffle Maker is preheated and ready for cooking.
For first use, we recommend applying oil onto the cooking plates.

3> The green preheat indicator light will cycle on and off as the unit maintains the ideal cooking temperature;
this prevents overheating.

4> Pour the repaired batter to the baking pan, and make sure the corner of pan can be reached with batter.
After 4-5 minutes (the steaming become low), take out the ready waffle.

5> When cooking is complete, unplug the power cord from the electric outlet.

6> Do not clean the unit until it has completely cooled off.
NOTE: Caution should be taken to prevent hands from coming in contact with the steam.
