The spindle is 10" long, rounded on both tips, has a 2.5" whorl, and weighs 1.8 ounces. Great for beginners and advance users. Wool roving is perfect for hand spinning, felting, weaving and whatever fiber craft tickles your fancy. Takes dye very well, however felts easily so best to dye after spinning/felting. ***Keep in mind that this does have a sheep smell due it being a natural roving.
