With similar size, but different in weight, color and crystal healing properties, you can choose the egg to practice for your mood and exercise level. We suggest to start with the lightest obsidian egg first. After your muscles are trained and become stronger, then switch to the medium weight rose quartz egg. After your love muscles are trained to hold heavier egg, then you can switch to the heaviest nephrite jade egg.
