How to use:
1. Clean around the nipple and make it as dry as possible. If there is hair on your nipple, then remove the hair before using the cover. (The hair will stick and hurt!)
2. Remove the pasties' band from the film.
3. Place the pasties' band on your nipple for 3 - 5 seconds to attach easily, attach it to the skin so that it sticks tightly. (It must be attached at once)
4. Remove before shower.
