This universal Phenolic fuel pump insulator works with all domestic V8's except Ford Cleveland's and Oldsmobile's. The Phenolic material will limit the transfer of heat from the block into the fuel pump, therefore keeping the fuel passing through it cooler. It installs easily between the fuel pump and the mounting boss on mechanical fuel pumps.
