Malas, or prayer beads, have quickly grown in popularity as the practices of meditation and mindfulness have spread throughout the world.  Wearing mala beads can help center, focus and provide a sense of calm to one's daily life.  Malas can be used for specific meditation or prayer/mantra practice.     Our malas are handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal.  We employ local Nepalis and Tibetans and provide them with a living wage and comfortable and inspiring work environment.
