This Door is designed to be used in combination only with NU2U R-10 Lower Mounted shelf or R-5 shelf with the oven running. In testing the use of the baffle door reduced oven heat up times on average by 10 to 15 minutes depending on outdoor temperatures. Constructed of pure 14 Gauge #304 Food grade stainless steel, this heavy material acts like an heat insulation barrier while still providing sufficient opening for exhaust gases to vent out naturally. Use the NU2U Baffle door for faster heat up times, burning the pizza cooking surface clean and for rapid re heat of the oven between pizza launches. Simple two part construction using pure stainless steel hardware keeps cost down and makes storage a breeze and it assembles without the need for tools.The Baffle door includes a very high quality black silicone grip that is rated safe up to 400 Degrees and is the exact same Pan Handle sleeve used in commercial kitchens. NOTE: This item has been designed to provide adequate ventilation to be used with gas on but regardless there is still no approval and/or recommendation from the Oven manufacturer for the use of our heat baffle door, N.B. use is always on your own your own risk.
