HOW TO REFILL TORCH LIGHTER
BUTANE CAN WITH LONG NOZZLE
Choose the Right Butane Can, Use the Butane Can with Long Stem. Short Stem is not Suitable for the Torch Lighter. We Recommend ZIPPO, RONSON Butane Canister.
BLEED AIR FROM TANK
Bleed the Lighter, Release All Tank Pressure by Pressing the Refill Inlet Valve with a Small Screwdriver until No Hissing Sound Heard. .Air inside the Fuel Tank Prevents Butane from Being Injected into the Tank or Cause the Torch to Malfunctions.
SET FLAME HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
In order to Prevent an Unexpectedly High Flame after Refilling. Turn the Flame Height Adjuster on the Bottom of the Lighter to the Lowest Setting by Turning the Flame Adjustment Knob Clockwise.
FILLING TANK WITH BUTANE
Hold the Lighter and the Butane Can in an Vertical upside-down Position.
Align the Nozzle on the Butane Can with the Refill Inlet Valve on the Torch.
Press the Stem of the Butane Can into the Refill Valve in 5-second Bursts to Inject the Butane. Repeat as Needed in 5 Sec Intervals to Fill the Tank.
NOTE:
It is Important to Keep the Torch inverted to Avoid Injecting Air into the Tank.
It is Important to Ensure that the Refill inlet valve on the Torch and the Nozzle on the Butane Can are Aligned.
IF You Experience Gas Leakage with Hissing Sound While Refilling the Torch Lighter, You May not be Holding the Lighter and Butane Can in a Straight Position, Try Adjusting. If it Persists, You May Need an Adapter.
WAIT
Before Igniting the Lighter, Please wait 3-4 Minutes, this Allow the Excess Butane to Evaporate and Gas Inside Lighter to Reach Room Temperature. If Not, The Flame Height Maybe Unpredictable and Erratic.
TEST
Turn the Flame Adjustment Knob l 1/2 turn Counter Clockwise, Attempt the Light the Lighter. If the lighter won't Light, Turn the Adjustment Knob l Another 1/4 turn and Try again. Keep Adjusting the Flame Adjustment Knob l until the Flame Reaches the Desired Level
