I use this rig to catch fish that are feeding on smaller baits. The small hook and light line allow for small baits to swim naturally without looking conspicuous to big predator fish. It is ideal for use as a freeline rig, carolina rig or on a float rig w/ small live or dead baits such as shrimp, fiddler crabs, minnows, clams and squid. I use this rig for snappers, speckled trout, redfish and flounders. My favorite bait to use with this rig is live shrimp and live mud minnows. Put a split shot on and a small piece of cutbait, and you will have countless hours of fun. Includes 3 hand tied rigs per pack. This rig is tied w/ lightweight (15#) monofilament line and small ( size 1) hooks.
