Description
This beautifully made Italian corpus is approximately 5 3/8" tall and 4" wide. It comes complete with an INRI plaque included. Both corpus and INRI plaque are pre-drilled with 2mm mounting holes. INRI sign measures just over 1 in. Each corpus is die cast from metal with beautiful detail and quality that the Italians have mastered over the years. As a general guideline, the cross should be approximately 2 times the height of the corpus, but this can vary significantly depending on your personal preference. We recommend using this particular corpus for 8" to 12" crosses. Corpora can be attached with small nails / brads that you can find at any hardware store, or home improvement warehouse (you can choose the type you want depending on the look you are trying to achieve). Hot melt adhesive can also be used in addition to the nails if desired. You can't go wrong with this stunning corpus - it pairs beautifully with any cross. What makes a more extraordinary gift than something you created yourself? This corpus is the beautiful finishing touch to turn your handmade cross into a crucifix for a loved one.
