This granulation of elite shungite stones is perfect for making shungite water. Each stone weighs between 1-5 g and measures 1/2-1" (10-25mm). (Smaller granulations are more effective for making shungite water since they hold a larger surface compared to larger pieces)
How do you use elite shungite stones to make shungite water?
Rinse the stones until water runs clear.
Place the elite shungite stones at the bottom of a glass or ceramic water pitcher - Use 50-70 grams for each litre of water or 3.5 oz of shungite in 34 oz of water.
After 8-24 hours the water will be ready for us
* For best results, expose the stones under sunlight every month and replace them every 6 months.

Water infused with shungite becomes a colloidal solution of hydrated fullerenes. It is recommended to drink at least 2-3 glasses of shungite water a day.

You can can also use elite shungite stones to make shungite baths.
In order to make a shungite bath infuse 400-500 grams of shungite stones into the bath with hot water for 15-20 minutes.
