How do you make a flower?
Just dust inside of mold with cornstarch/ powdered sugar mixture,, press the gum paste or fondant into the mold and scrape off any excess till it's flusjh with the edges, pop into the freezer for 5-10 minutes and then take it out and press your thumbs into the back of mold while holding the edges with fingers, gently pull the sides of the bold back while pushing the flower out with your thumbs, it,comes out perfectly.
