Installation Instructions

1. Determine the positive and negative poles of the laser tube (the end of the spiral glass tube inside the tube is positive and the light exit is negative).

2. The original positive and negative wires of the machine can be connected to the corresponding joints of the laser tube, and the insulation (mainly the positive high-pressure end) need to be sealed with a high-pressure tape or 704 silicon rubber.

3. Insert the inlet and the outlet water pipe into the water , usually the positive high-pressure line is the inlet, light outlet is the outlet, pay attention to the low into the high ( otherwise it is easy to cause cracking, burst pipe because the water is not filled ).

4. Adjust the optical path with the laser and test switch on the machine. The final target is to make the laser point enter from the middle of the entrance hole of the laser head, and then adjust the vertical optical path.

5. When the light path is adjusted, you can cut or use engraving, according to the actual situation to control the power output.

Tips & Warning

1. You must check whether the water circulation cycle is normal and no bubbles before each use.

2. The cooling water should have at least 20 liters, water temperature under 86℉ or 30℃, change water every 2 weeks.

3. Please keep the high voltage electrode dry and clean, and keep it away from the metal to avoid damage to the main board.

4. The laser tube is fragile. Avoid local stress when installing and using.
