Special Features

  • Owden Professional heavy-duty steel metal block and dapping forming block for jewelry making, Made of alloy steel,Hardness about HRC 50-52,The product surface is mirror polished and chrome-plated.
  • The product has two functions: 1- It can be used as a large steel metal block,The diameter of 5 inches (127mm) is enough for jewelry metal stamping working. 2- Transform flat metal stamping blanks into domed, curved and formed stamping blanks for customized handmade jewelry ,Make our creation more diversified.
  • Steel bench block: The large-sized block makes us more comfortable to operate. The diameter of the 5 inches and about 80% of the area can be used for diy jewelry making and metal stamping working. There is a layer of soft rubber on the bottom to reduce vibration,Perfects the imprint of stamps and patterns.
  • Dapping Tool: There are a curved depression and a punch handle (scratch-free and non-marring surface) simply place stamped blank inside depression and hold punch in center of blank then strike punch with a metal stamping hammer until blank is domed. Round soft metals with a diameter below 1-1/4”(32mm) can be used.
