Steps to Sublimate a Tumbler:
1). Select the print design you want
2). Use the printer to print out the design
3). Close to the sublimation paper, and then wrap it on the sublimation tumbler
4). Full wrap film with heat shrinkable film, 338℉, oven for 5 minutes; or 360℉ tumbler heat press for 50s
5). Get your beautiful printed tumbler
Notes:
1. Please allow 0.5 inches of measurement error.
2. If the printed tumbler color is very light, or color shades, this is the temperature is too low or time is too short, the pressure is too small, to increase the temperature time pressure accordingly, the temperature should be adjusted to 5 degrees each time the most appropriate.
3. If the printed tumbler color is good, but the image is blurred, or sticky drawings and other phenomena, which is too high temperature or time is too long, to adjust properly.
4. If the surface of the tumbler after printing paper texture, which is too much pressure, too long caused by the time, to be properly adjusted.
5. Printed patterns have scars, is too long time caused by. Printed pattern local blur, is uneven pressure, or uneven heat distribution in the stamping area.
