Properties:Baltic birch contains an odd number of plies. Inner plies have alternating horizontal or vertical grain, which provides increased strength and resistance to warping or moisture damage.
Uses: Baltic birch is suitable for a variety of projects, from cabinetmaking to building construction. For example, you can use this plywood to make laser cut signs, handmade DIY boxes. It's perfectly serviceable for cabinet backs, drawer bottoms and paint.
Those panels are also suitable for pyrography(wood burning) art.
What does the other side look like? One side is smooth, but what about the other side?
B grade on the face side is smooth, other side is BB grade will have small knots, patches.
Can these be stained darker?
Yes, it's easy to stain, cut and paint.
