The Nike ACG Air Mada “Sandalwood” is a modern re-issue of the classic outdoors performance shoe from 1994. Decidedly rugged in appearance, the Nike ACG Air Mada was designed by Sergio Lazano, the mind behind another classic Nike shoe: the Air Max 95. Here, on the “Sandalwood,” the upper features tan leather overlays that contrast with the purple textile material found on either side of the shoe. Elsewhere, green accents can be found on the webbed nylon eyelet loops and on the pull tabs on the tongue and heel. A black Swoosh is located on the heel of either side of the shoe and a classic “ACG” logo is found on the lateral side of the heel counter. The black foam midsole features an encapsulated Air cushioning unit and provides the wearer with a responsive, comfortable ride. Release date: March 9, 2022
