  • The drill guide is made of industrial grade aluminum alloy are machined by precision computer numerical control, and the guide holes of this drill guide is upgraded to an inlaid steel drill sleeves, which will not wear out and lose precision after multiple drillings. with a CNC anodized surface, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
  • This drill guide is equipped with four size of titanium-plated drill bits, corresponding to four sizes of pilot holes, to achieve simple and convenient precise drilling. It can be used in conjunction with locking c-clamp and f clamp to prevent the drill guide from shaking when drilling, and the drilled holes are free of burrs and cracks.

30 Degree Drilling holes: Suitable for installing 30° stair cable railing system. It can be used for steel dn mate DT03 (30° Angle Protector Sleeves), steel dn mate DX30 (Angle Beveled Washer) and other cable railing kit.
45 Degree Drilling Holes: Suitable for installing 45° stair railing system. It can be used for steel dn mate DF05 (45° Angle Protector Sleeves), steel dn mate DH10 (Swage Turnbuckle Hardware) and other cable railing kit.
90 Degree Drilling holes: Suitable for installing level deck railing system. It can be used with steel dn mate DE05, DP10 (Protector Sleeves), steel dn mate DM50 (Swage Lag Screws) and other cable railing kit.
