Important Requirement: 45W 15V/3A USB-C PD charger and 3A USB-C cable are required.
This Sisyphy Surface USB-C charging adapter allows you to charge compatible Surface devices through a USB-C Power Delivery charger or power bank. To work properly, the USB-C PD charger or power bank must support 45W or above and 15V/3A output. The USB-C to USB-C cable connected to this adapter must also support 3A current.
Power Requirement: Please double-check your USB-C charger specifications before use. Many phone chargers do not support 15V output, and some PD chargers may not meet the required 45W 15V/3A condition. Using an incompatible charger or USB-C cable may cause no charging, LED blinking, slow charging, or unstable charging. If charging does not work, please test with another 45W+ 15V/3A USB-C PD charger and a 3A USB-C cable first.
Compatibility: Compatible with Microsoft Surface Pro 11/10/9/8/7/X/6/5/4/3, Surface Laptop 1/2/3/7/8, Surface Book 1, and Surface Go 1/2/3/4. Surface Pro 8/9, Surface Laptop 4/5/6, and other 15-inch models may show “Slow charger is connected” due to technical limitations, while still providing enough power for normal work and entertainment use.
Charging Only: This adapter is designed for charging Surface devices only. It does not support data transfer, HDMI, video output, or docking station connection.
